Julie is an investigative journalist who has covered Ashland city government for the
Daily Tidings, Medford Mail Tribune, NBC 5, and taught Journalism at SOU. She's one of the first women in the country to rise to the executive level of network newsroom management.
Julie doesn’t just talk about affordable housing, she’s creating homes for homeless children and families. She doesn’t only donate to help hunger, she prepares and serves food directly to the most vulnerable of Ashland on a regular basis.
She has directly aided Ashland businesses and is the founder of the Truth and Conciliation Commission.
